You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications, and we will process such requests in accordance with applicable law. 

Transactional or service-related communications (including calls, text messages, and emails) may still be sent as necessary to process your application or manage any resulting transaction or account.

We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration and have not sold Personal Information in the preceding 12 months. However, certain website analytics or advertising practices may be considered “sharing” under California law.
